Yay, Feburary is over! Track is up and runnning, Woo hoo!!

March 1- SOU track meet!! 35 minutes w/athletes (warmups and cool downs)

It was the first day in a long time that I felt really exauhsted. Probably because I drove down.. I dont know.. It was just exciting to have our frist meet!! Track is my favorite.. I was so happy to see all the Lane guys compete!!

March 2- 50 minutes-easy

Felt goodish, pretty tired. I worked 6 hours on my feet today, I hope that doesnt mess me up for the rest of the week.

March 3- 40 minutes easy+ hurdle drills/ couple sets of hurdles!!

Feelin good still!! I was suprised that I could still get over hurdles with some kind of form. I probably shouldnt have went over them, because now I want to steeple! But I dont have the greatest luck right now, so I'll just stick to showing the athletes how its done.

March 4- FIRST WORKOUT IN FOREVER! Hills at Hedricks.. 20 min warm up-5x300m hill,15 min cool down.

Yippe! Workout time.. It felt hard, but I think I did a good job, I dont think it was any harder then usual, so things are looking up! Good day..

March 5- Pool workout- Im beat!

Pool workouts have been exeedingly difficult for me, I dont feel like I have any leg strength in the pool. We played water polo and i was so tired that I acctually tried to play with a aqua job belt around my waist.. haha, that didnt last long! I was so tired! Began moving.. Its an unexpected twist in my life AGAIN.. Dun dun dun.. Live and learn I guess.

march 6- 40 minutes-Bad day emotionally...

So today was moving day for sure.. Well last night was my BIG move, but I finished today, and then it hit me that I was really out on my bum, thank goodness for my amazing support system of friends. They are taking me in.. I had some nervous break downs, but I think things are looking up for me.. I will get through this, running will NOT suffer!! It just cant, too much has stood in my way.. The run was okay, I was tired, but things will be fine!!

march 7- 10 min warm up- 4,3,2,1 minutes style- 4 strides on track!! WOO HOO

I kept up with the girls, got into my spikes for some strides and was pretty happy today.. It was nice to feel okay in a work out.. I was really worried that I'd be really far behind.

March 8- 65 minutes easy

I was soo tired today.. At about 40 minutes, I checked my pulse just for fun/ wondering if I was being a weenie.. And well, it was at 170! WOW. Not sure why, but I slowed down to about 9 minutes pace, I usually do long runs in 8 or under. Crazy, this iron stuff. But I finished it and need to take tomorrow off... apparently Im tired.

March 9- Day off! Well, i was on my feet for 9.5 hours at work.

March 10- Workout woo hoo! 3x800 @ 3:12 pace on bark in trainers, 4x 400 @ 88,90,87,87...cool down/ core/ weights.. calf massage from hell.

Yippe! I made it through another workout.. Not eactly a fast one, but I will take whatever I can get.. Im just happy to see that my hard work and consistancy is working.. woo hoo!! All of the atletes had a good day too. YAY! Its about 9:30 and Im freaking exauhsted. But so excited!

March 11- 35 minutes easy... Laughing

Nice and sunny day in the Euge, ran with Tara and Leah. Felt like I should have run more, but I know I need to continue taking it easy if I ever want to get back to full strength.. Really wanted to run an hour!! Felt great!

March 12- 35 minutes easy, hurdle drills with JANE!!.. 6x stride.

Good day, I wish I had ran a little longer, but its probably good for me to get a couple short runs in..

March 13- Pool workout- 10 minute swim/kickboard warmup- 20 minute intervuls aqua jog- boogie board cool down while nikki aqua jogged.

Good jog sesh.. I had fun with the athletes, except they thought it was play time... they soon figured out that I wasnt playing. I got a good workout in. Nikki came as the athletes were getting out. I kickboarded next to her and called out her intervuls. It was a good day.. I felt like a coach.THroat was feeling a bit sore today.. I hope I can kick it before it gets me!!

March 14- Sick as a dog. No running.

March 15- Sick again.. helped sara Move, worked on some school projects, went wedding dress shopping with cousin.. should have slept.. probably gonna be sick for awhile now.. IM an idiot

March 16- 30 minutes easy.

Still pretty sick, but I bundled up and decided to run a little run.. I think I may have to go to the doctor for some meds.. dang it. Pretty sure its a sinus infection again. My ears are killing me!
